	Medium Weight Vinyl Santex or Chromoply Banner Sign material is used for the majority of banner signs under 25 square metres. It has incredible printing properties, is anti mold, super strong and allows for a tight overlapping seam where the flap rolls over the internal rope. 	The most popular way of making a metal sign is by using a Colorbond Metal Product by BHP. It is coated for lettering application, can be drilled, guillotined and include further treating such as folding edges, seams, rivets etc. If you would like a 20mm rounded corner safety edge, please ask. Metal signs made in Colorbond have a long life and will not rust because the top coating protects the metal both sides.

	There are many choices for using a plastic substrate sign. Commonly, Corflute, Wallflute or Twin Flute is used. These ranges of 'plastic corrugated' board are very lightweight and made from a Polypropylene formula. They have a reasonably smooth surface. We commonly use Corflute / Twin Flute for screenprinting of base boards, builders boards, shop signs, property development lot numbers, service station fuel shop signs etc. Available in 3-5mm. Plastic - Acrylic / Perspex. Acrylic or Perspex is a great substrate for making a sign. Available in lots of different thicknesses and colors, it is generally best to call for advice. The team can laser cut sign panels and laser cut out letters etc. Hardened plastics such as PVC, HIPS etc. Please let us know the final uses of the sign boards. It may help production and the team may recommend a product you were not aware of.

	In the most part, self adhesive sticky letters are cut out using a plotter. The minimum size is 20mm. Available in a rainbow spectrum of colors, the lettering is designed for an outdoor life on a sign of 5-7 years. We use Cast and Calendared films applied to a silicone sheeting. To use a sticky letter, just peel away from the backing paper and rub onto your DIY signs.
