	We use a multitude of different courier companies for delivering to your site. All quotes are via their standard service unless requested and paid for a higher service. Shipping to Melbourne - Sydney - Brisbane - Adelaide is the same cost for metro areas. All other places are country classes. Please allow a 1-5 days for delivery dependent on your location. For rapid or direct couriers, please let us know so that we may arrange it on your behalf. Any additional delivery costs are borne by the customer. Please note: You may optionally choose 'insurance'. It is not part of any standard delivery arrangement.

	We believe that the packing of your goods is suitable once it leaves our premises. If you have a claim of damaged goods, we can pass on the Courier Company and associated dockets for your claim. We recommend that insurance be taken on all deliveries. Timing. Generally, Capital cities on the East Coast are next day or two days. Timing. Regional Deliveries, including non metropolitan areas as deemed by the courier company may take 3-5 days. Timing: TNT. Tnt offers different delivery schedules for different areas, including rapid services for remote regions. Timing: Arrange your own shipping company. If you're a little bit out and have a preferred shipping / transport company, Let us know, we will be happy to oblige and fill out their consignment notes for you. Risks In the most part, Signs and Banners are too big or too long for Australia Post or a normal courier. Certain Risks are involved with any shipping and we do not hold any responsibility. If you choose not to insure, any damaged goods are claims against the shipping company.

	Tagging: All deliveries include a label showing address. If your address is a home office, please let us know so that we discuss the logistics. Returns: If a courier could not adequately deliver your goods because no one is available to receive goods, and/or for any reason the goods are returned, costs of redelivery are customer borne. Please note, that sending your goods is faster and cheaper than if we loaded up your sign into one of our own vans.
