Payment online

1. You do not need to pay to order online.

2. Payment is due AFTER we have made your signs.

- Step 1. By continuing through the checkout pages, this will forward an order directly to the signage department and a carbon copy to your e address.
- Step 2. The team will contact you and discuss artwork or delivery etc. Deliveries are quoted via telephone for the suburb you're in.
- Step 3. We will then forward a color proof for you to view or inform you of stock timing for standard products.
- Step 4. Upon your signed art approval, the signs will be made.
- Step 5. When finished and packed in protective packaging, the team will contact you and arrange payment.

Note: Also, when you use the Quick Question sections, there is an anti spam feature so that your mail is not seen by anyone else. We care that all risk is taken away from doing business with us online.

3. Also, your job record and artwork history is stored on one of our file retrieval systems for more use at any time in the future.

	It is ok to order online at the store or via telephone etc. No payment is required at that stage. Once a proof has been made and the signs are finished payment is requested before a sign can be delivered.

	● Monies & Internet Security: We suggest you use your bank to direct transfer. It is the best process. We decided to offer our clients a secure service for advice and help, sign manufacturing etc and have continued this to the online payments. To pay, at the bottom of an invoice is the Direct Debit details or pay by cheque or pay by your preferred Credit Card over the phone. If instore, we also have an electronic card reader but do not offer cash out. Goods sent after payment clearance.

	● Purchase orders are not accepted as payment. If your company or Government dept wishes to give us a purchase order, it must state the actual payment date for approval by our managers. Orders are not sent for delivery on an open ended purchase order. Clearly stated payment dates must be shown and agreed to. ● Accounts: We do not hold monthly accounts. Our unique speed and heavily discounted warehouse direct prices mean goods are paid for when complete for delivery. ● Special Projects: Occasionally, a special project may require a deposit or prepayment. This would be advised. We prefer to pass on savings to our clients, reducing our accounting time gives you more discounts.
