Different from other Colorbond painted coated surfaces, signage companies generally order the trade name signwhite unless they are cutting corners. Signwhite is made for further processing and laydown of ink and acceptance of paint etc. It works superbly for vinyl letters that will be stuck to the painted coating and also fine screenprinting in solids and halftones look and perform well. UV inks must be allowed an additional day or two to fully cure. Under a blue light UV only 99.0 % cures to thumb print quality, the remaining percentage needs natural curing. I'd recommend you ask your traditional signwriter or carpenter to slightly overdrill the sizes so that when the screws are tightened, the panel will not buckle or twist from the screwed pressure.
