FAQ - Proofs - Proofing ? No. 10
  After receiving an order, the art team will produce a digital proof (in scale of the sign) and email it to you.
Digital Proofs are free.
If you want a 'live' production/manufacturing proof, it will incur a small charge. Cost will depend on type of production. In this way, it keeps your costs down to bare minimum for any live proof.
  Digital proofs are made in color and made to scale size.

FAQ - Pixel Tests ? No. 11
  A Pixel Test is - When the team consider the resolution may be too low for a large sized sign, a small region will be made to 'actual print file size' and sent to you via email so that you can determine quality.
  Pixel Tests are a great way to see the size resolution. No Charge applies.

FAQ - Insurance ? No. 12
  Insurance is available on any goods. We recommend that you request insurance. It is an optional extra. Our bulk purchasing and shipping means that any insurance policy is kept at a minimum. Please request pre order.
  Typically, insurance is available on transport and sign making.

FAQ - gif ? No. 13
  Gif is a computer image used for the internet. The colors are less than 256 and all gif's are optimized for downloading speed. Unless you have an extremely large gif. It wont be suitable for sign making.
  If making a draft or thumbnail sketch, send it to us for evaluation.
 
FAQ - Microsoft Publisher ? No. 14
  Publisher is not a preferred program for signmaking. The team can recompose from a Publisher file, but we can not go directly to print with competent resolution.
  Continue to send a pub file, it can be manipulated our end.
