  You can choose the standard size aboard 900 x 600 OR a larger size 900 x 1200 double side metal side aboard. The faces are flat and it is a total metal sign construction. See HERE

FAQ - Banner Sign Material Thickness ? No. 117
  There are a range of different material thicknesses. In general, the size is chosen for the overall size in Metres Square. This means, if the banner is long and skinny, it may add upto square metres that we will consider the load bearing whilst hung between poles or fixes against a wall etc.

General Guide:
Up* to 10 Square Metres : Medium Weight 615gsm
Over 10, Under 25 Medium Weight 880gsm
Over 25 Heavy Grade 1060gsm
Over 25 Light Weight super Strength. Used for where the total heaviness of the banner sign needs to be considered for hanging or 'dropping' etc. If this material is needed, please inform any member pre-estimate. It is important as this can lighten the load.

  Definitely, and it is encouraged. The easier the brand name of a product to read and memorize the better. Microsoft, Dell, etc all use a standard text that has one or two modifications.
