	How do I send large files to AustraliaBanners?	No. 171
	If you are having trouble sending a large artwork file, we can offer some options that will make the process easier and faster. The artwork file can be sent Via FTP (File Transfer Protocol), email or you can express post a CD containing your artwork. For the FTP details please contact us either via the contact form or our toll free phone number.

	What do you mean by '2 OFF' or '12 OFF'?	No. 172
	When a proof is sent out for your signage, the graphic designers at AustraliaBanners will specify the quantity of each banner you require. The 'OFF' after the number is an industry term to describe how many of the same print required, rather than typing in just an 'x' because the 'x' is used in dimension terms e.g. 2400 x 800mm. So we would write: 12 off 2400 x 800mm. so that the quantity is twelve signs.
