FAQ - Corrections to Files No. 180
  Q: Do you make corrections to files before going to print?

A: No. If you supply a file as 'ready for output' we do not correct any element of the file.
A: Please cross check your file is made for CMYK digital printing. Note: Our designers will not convert, alter, manipulate any color channels, output colors etc. We work from file to print rip.
A: Author Corrections and Originals. Please ensure that you send to us the latest file and not an 'in progress' format.
Our team do not know if you have changes. Signed proofs are final as per version.

FAQ - Are all retractable banners the same size? No. 183
  A: Yes. All retractable banners are 825 x 2000mm, this way you can order replacement skins for all retractable banner stands.

  A: All retractable banners are supplied with a telescopic pole which is inserted into the base of the stand and clips into a rod at the top of the banner.
