	FAQ - Shipping Insurance ?	No. 190
	Insurance is recommended on most Signage, as we use independent courier companies and therefore do not oversee transportation personally. Ask for a quote on insured shipping to your area and we'll be glad to assist you. A-frames are insured as a standard.

	FAQ - Time management ?	No. 191
	We are often asked how long we need to produce the signs once the customer has sent us the artwork. As we have the fastest turnaround time, this is generally four days. Depending on your location, allow 1 - 4 days for shipping. However, if you are working towards a deadline such as a trade show, we understand that sometimes, you just can't wait. Give us a call and we'll see how we can meet your Signage requirements in the time given!

	FAQ - Storage costs ?	No. 192
	We do not charge for storing your Sign at our production office, simply because most jobs are sent as soon as payment is received. However if you do need to leave it here with us, that's fine - just let us know, organise payment, and we will keep it in a safe place for you.

	FAQ - What if I change my mind ?	No. 193
	We send you an artwork layout showing your Sign visually, to scale, and this needs to be signed off before any production commences. Once this has been approved, changes may no longer be possible, depending on the stage of production the sign is at. Additional changes may incur costs. Please check the visual proof carefully before signing off.

	FAQ - Complimentary colours ?	No. 194
	Complementary colours can work in your favor when used correctly! These are for instance purple and yellow together, or orange and blue. Be careful that the values are not too similar, or it will be visually jarring. They can really make a sign stand out though!
