FAQ - What's the rope quality in the banners ? No. 35
  The ropes we use in our banners are a super strong nylon, and we use a 4,5 or 6mm rope depending the size of the banner. All ropes are also double stitched inside the banner for extra strength.

FAQ - Can I change the artwork inside my lightbox? No. 36
  Yes you can. We just need to know all the specs of your lightbox and an idea of the artwork you want so we can give you a quote on your new lightbox insert.

FAQ - What is a high res photo? No. 37
  A high res (resolution) photo is generally a photo that is large in file size and has a DPI (dots per inch) of 150+. Any photo taken from the web is not high res, all web images are 72 DPI. When we receive your artwork ideas, show us your photos and we can let you know if they are high res.

FAQ - Can I reprint a banner that Australia Banners has done for me before? No. 38
  Definitely, we keep all you work on file. If you want something reprinted or changed slightly, it's no worries, and it cuts your artwork cost. Which means less money and time for you, and another great looking banner to hang anywhere you please.

FAQ - Vinyl cut or digital ? No. 39
  This depends entirely on the circumstances - images and blends need to be digitally printed, whereas door decals are vinyl cut so there is no background needed.
