	Sure. We have hundreds of well drawn fonts that scale up to large sizes, OR, if you want a particular font. Attach it to an email and send it to us. The team will load it into your file and make up your signs with your own special fonts.

	FAQ - What software programs do you use ?	No. 81
	Too many to mention, we have all the latest sign making software, graphic design software, color comparison and pre issue systems to make your work. We suggest that you make a simple jpeg and email the draft to us. If you want to complete all the artwork. No problem, just send any file (finished or part ready). The team can open and use over 100 formats.

	FAQ - How should I give you my artwork ?	No. 82
	1. For photographic work Original Files flattened to a PDF document in CMYK format 2. For line Drawing / cutting Original Files in a Vector format. Convert all fonts to objects and any outlines should be a scalable contour. If you are using another professional graphic design agency for your graphics, please have them call us to discuss any rego marks etc.

	FAQ - What is the largest email file I can send to you ?	No. 83
	Our systems are unlimited, however, it will take a long time to email big files. We suggest that you burn a CD and send it OR Upon order, we will give you a private FTP address that you can upload directly to our server. It is easy to do and allows full file size and layers, color info etc. Tip: PDF max's out at 4950mm wide so please talk one to one with the team for large sizes.

	FAQ - Do you accept Zip, Jazz or Super Disk ?	No. 84
	The introduction of FTP has made these systems redundant. Please do not Zip files as reopening with total color info may be lost. For files of a super size, please burn to CD or DVD. If you have a combo quantity, it may be better to burn to a CD and separate into specific folders. Please note, our FTP is for general folder naming and not client specific. (Trade excluded)
