Twin Walled Plastics
Corflute is an Australian made twin walled ribbed plastic corrugated
board. The panels can be cut to rectangular or square shape by
guillotine or by knife. The substrate is particularly suited for
screenprinting signage panels and can be double sided. Typically, the
depth is 5mm for signwriting, 3mm for packaging.
The Corflute Sign is a great 'cost saving' material and lasts for 18mths
(approx) in outdoor weather conditions. We may also cut corflute to
shape and size using a laser. The laser is prepared via computer path
files. Please forward any laser cutting requirements as a sketch or file
and telephone.
There is a range of metal signs available to be made. Colorbond by BHP
is by far the best outdoor signmaking material. The two faces (front
white, rear grey) is a baked paint surface and designed to be long life
outdoor metal. The sign can be screen printed, vinyl lettered, decal
applied and lots more. If using for a frame, metal can be pop rivet or
screw installed.
Different thicknesses and grades (top finishes) are chosen to suit a
