From the new store, it is now possible to purchase the popular street signs that collapse into an easy to handle carry board that you may place on the footpath. The sizes are specifically made to suit most local government regulations regarding street signs in Australia. The local government main concern that requires a planning permit is to ensure that the business has adequate public liability insurance. The boards are made for portability and ease of use. Hanging or tying or fitting an outdoor vinyl banner sign to a wall
The material is suited for tying. Each wall banner sign includes corner
eyelets as our standard practical rule. (Only if you state in your order
NOT TO PLACE EYELETS - Otherwise, each vinyl wall banner sign will include the
brass eyelets (grommet) free within a suitable corner distance and
approximately 900mm to 1500mm spacing in between.
If you need closer spacing of the grommets, please advise us pre
order.
Fitting the wall banner sign. Step 1. Each grommet is 9mm ID (Internal
Diameter). This allows for wall anchors such as plugs/screws, Plastic
wall anchors, Dyna Bolts and other similar bolt fitting arrangements
with an OD of 8mm or less. For long lasting situations wherein the wall
banner sign is high up and access or maintenance is performed on a
seldom basis, we suggest also using an oversized rust proof washer over
the eyelet and the bolt.
Do not over extend the vinyl banner stand when pulling up, and release slowly downwards when packing up the banner stand sign for travel or moving. The internal spring is just like a window curtain and if you over extend, place too much pressure on the fitting panel or attempt to raise the graphic using the pole only, it may be subjected to stress and break. Use hand coordination only to lift up lower down your banner stand sign. Warranty on parts does not include damage to your banner stand sign should it be discovered that undue pressure or operation is any cause of damage. The Unit is warranted for 30 days for parts and fittings when proper operation is conducted.
Vinyl PrintingUsing different machinery for different vinyl printing banner sizes and client uses, in general, the inks are genuine manufacturer quality and/or suited for outdoor grade. Should we be requested to use a particular brand manufacturer grade ink for special customer projects please let us know pre quote stage. The price and quality of ink plays an important part of how the final product looks, lasts, performs and affects life. In general, we design the total parameters of each sign for outdoor use in full weather for Four Years plus. Should you require a longer lasting ink grade (known as a duraperm) or (known as Blue Wool Scale 4 plus) please let us know before quoting stages.
