| Scanning a series
of photographs. This is an old newspaper trick that you should apply
when you intend to place lots of different photos on the one sign. Scan the images as a block. This means, put all of them under your scanner and perform a large scan. This will give you the same color values for each. If your shots are too wildly different and have different gloss levels, light values and shadows etc. Take them into a software program like Photoshop, Corel Paint etc and manipulate them their. Keep the original as a reference. It is also worthwhile to learn how to trim and cut the outside shapes of a photo for more manipulation and placement.
