The blue Pantone 280 for the background is compared to the vinyl
lettering color chips so that the cut out letters supplied can best
match the printed ink. The color qualification for the blue is C:100
M:72 Y:0 B:18. The color used here is printed and the serif white
and block letterstyle is reversing out. The white is the substrate
