How to make a photoshop effect like this.

The art supplied to us here will take time. It involves lots of different layers, creative blending and transparencies. If you embark on a design like this make sure to:

Back up and save frequently
Draw and create in a large size canvas
Record your color values eg. c:98 trans:47% etc so that you can create across many files and layers
Turn on any macro recordings
Set a history file to 200 if your cpu ram is available
Once you have the desired look, choose > Variables to adjust color hues and tones of color.

How this sign is pole drop sleeved.

The top and bottom of the banner sign has a sleeve stitched. When making the art file, please add color that 'bleeds' over the final dimension required. Read more about bleeds
The flexible slips over the top pole and drops down over the lower pole. Depending on how the pole faces, we can add a left or right eyelet for you to tie with a cable tie OR, you can screw a small fitting plate or washer underside and topside to stop the flexible gliding left to right on your poles.
