Gradients and Printing

MGAA Architects in Dover Heights sent through a Corel Draw File and
a PDF file of their artwork. Because we noticed that the banner had
gradients, we chose to open the PDF directly in Photoshop. Corel
Draw is a fantastic program for vector art, however if there are any
gradients, we choose Photoshop to rip the files. Photoshop handles
gradients better and ultimately will print with less banding than a
vector file. |

TIP: If you are using a gradient in your artwork, we suggest to
create it in Photoshop, and use a slight angle on the gradient, this
