Special Orders Return Policy

 

Delivery
At Australia Banners, we take pride in working closely with our team to ensure the highest level of service. Special order items are often delivered directly from the manufacturer, and/or we may use a contractor for particular elements of your order. Because of this, a minimum of 4 business days is required for special order delivery. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer will be delivered inside to a ground floor location.

Returns
Any printed matter, and the product containing such, special sign printed items that have been used, technology items, and custom work, are non-refundable. We only accept certain goods for return that must include original packaging.

Framing and Stands
Sorry, standard ordered or special order items, and Manufacturer Direct items, are custom made to your order requirements and, as such, may not be returned. For your protection please make your purchase selections carefully.

Custom Imprints
Australia Banners Print Center custom imprint items are made to your specific requirements and, as such, may not be returned even if printed incorrectly or if the merchandise arrives damaged. We rely upon you carefully checking proofs before production begins. We do not know your business and are not responsible for mispelt words, color mismatch or other factors. For your protection, please make your custom purchase selections carefully.

Damages
We suggest that you insure all transported goods. If an item(s) are damaged in transporting, we can forward you the courier details for you to claim against.
Banners, we work to very high standards when making banners, however, are not responsible for their performance. Banners are not refunded in any circumstance.
