| There are many
choices for using a plastic substrate sign. Commonly, Corflute,
Wallflute or Twin Flute is used. These ranges of 'plastic
corrugated' board are very lightweight and made from a Polypropylene
formula. They have a reasonably smooth surface. We commonly use Corflute / Twin Flute for screenprinting of base boards, builders boards, shop signs, property development lot numbers, service station fuel shop signs etc. Available in 3-5mm. Plastic - Acrylic / Perspex. Acrylic or Perspex is a great substrate for making a sign. Available in lots of different thicknesses and colors, it is generally best to call for advice. The team can laser cut sign panels and laser cut out letters etc. Hardened plastics such as PVC, HIPS etc. Please let us know the final uses of the sign boards. It may help production and the team may recommend a product you were not aware of. |
