Printing Terminology - UV Curing | |
| UV-curing
– Printing process in which a lamp emitting ultra violet
(UV) rays is used to transform monomer-based liquid inks (deposited
onto a substrate) into polymer-based solid inks. Commonly used
process in many digital flatbed printers. UV digital signage printing is availble at australiabanners onto flat substrates such as Corflute or Twin Walled Corrugated Plastic signs, metal signs and other signwriting materials used for signage. We dont use the UV flatbed machine for banners, for this we use solvent outdoor inks that allow flexibility and movement. |
