About your Banner Signs

1. Firstly, we do not want your banner signs to tear in the wind. Only the strongest material is used.

• This size would be printed on a non-tear Vinyl PVC

• Sign printing is twin pass 8 head 360dpi digital
• The ink is 85% non soluble Solvent Ultra Violet outdoor
• The rope is 5mm Nylon multi groom
• The edges are sewn over 20mm
• The rope is full width along the landscape inside hem
• The eyelets are spaced between 1000-2000mm
• Corners and eyelets are under tabbed with sewing
• The vinyl pvc is 'non tear' inner layered PVC anti mould
• The inks will not re-soften in rain like cheap imitation banners of this quality. The inks will not fade.
• The vinyl is wind rating of signs at 45 knots
• Overall durability is 3 years +
• You can have any design, colors are printed CMYK process in high dot round. Ink laydown is approx 8 micron.

3. The rear side is sewn with underside reinforcing at each eyelet and the strong rope is from right to left inside the hem. This gives more outdoor strength. The ropes extend past approx 1m and eyelets are spaced at handy intervals. Also see important pics

Rear View: Underside shows the rope along the full width, the strong eyelet and crossed stitching that makes the corners.
Notice the red thread & the hem overlaps 20mm.
The front side image is bled over to the rear so that your signage
is maximized to all readers.

Front View: Edge trim and finish. Ropes are inside each hem with lock stitching.
